Get to Know Us!
Since 1992, Aggie Recruitment Committee has been committed (literally) to sharing the Aggie spirit with high school students by hosting conferences each semester. During the months prior to each conference, we prepare decorations, activities, presentations, and events to give our participants the best experience possible. Along the way, we build strong friendships within the committee and plan members-only events to get to know each other.

ARC provides many opportunities to express your creativity and build your leadership skills! As a Student Government Association organization, ARC is sure to improve your professional skills and boost your resume.
Flexible Events & Meetings
ARC has several opportunities to stay involved and offers flexible events to fit into your busy schedule! Many of our members are involved in at least one other organization outside of ARC.

Build Friendships
Before, during, and after conferences, we make TONS of memories as a committee! From study socials to painting day, from skits to lifelong friendships, there are so many ways to get to know everyone.
Inspire Future Aggies
The most important reason to join ARC is to connect with high school students and give them the full Aggie experience! We monitor the success rate of our conferences through surveys and find an increase in our Aggie family after attending SEAL or SOAR!
