Scholarship Rules

Below are the rules and guidelines for scholarship applications, which are a part of the form completed at registration. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our chair Chase Grochett at arcchair@gmail.com.

1.

The application contains four essay questions. You must answer all the questions with a maximum word count of 500 words per question. If a question is left blank, your application will not be reviewed and therefore not be eligible for a scholarship.

2.

Due to the high volume of people interested in attending the S.E.A.L. 2025 Conference and our limited scholarship opportunities, we do suggest that the applicant either applies for a scholarship or pay the full conference dues, but the applicant is more than welcomed to do both.

3.

Each scholarship ONLY goes towards the conference dues and does NOT go to any miscellaneous activities/items such as transportation.

4.

Applicants must complete and submit their application by August 29th, 2025 by 5:00 p.m. Any applicants that submit their application after the time and date will NOT be reviewed. The applicant will receive a decision on September 2nd, 2025.
